RETURN POLICY

You may return most Vessels items in original packaging. Your return package must be post-marked within 20 days from the order date. Shipping costs and sales tax are non-refundable. Items which were used already such as tea pots, cups, tableware and vases are non-returnable. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed or removed from their original packaging. If you have lost your return slip, the item is not returnable.


How to return the products:


     1. We recommend you to contact us via our contact us page to arrange a return or exchange within 7 days after receiving the item. We will issue a return slip via email.

     2. Enclose your return slip and the merchandise in a original package securely, then ship to the address below. We cannot refund or exchange merchandise that is not received or arrives damaged, so we recommend that you insure your package (postage and insurance fees are non-refundable).

     3. The refunds are issued in 10-14 business days after we receive the package.

  • Any additional products marked as non-returnable on the product listing

An item arrived damaged:


If an item was damaged during shipping, please email a picture of damaged product within five business days of the delivery date. A customer specialist will reach out to confirm details and issue a replacement. In the meantime, we ask that you save all the original packaging from the order and the original contents: these may be inspected by the shipping carrier. Please do not ship damaged items back to us.

Though our photography tends to be accurate, color discrepancies may occur due to the setting of your computer screen. We do not offer any warranty on the products past our standard return policy deadline.
